Presonus Studio One Pro 3 ابزار بسیار قدرتمند و فوق حرفه ای که تقریبا تمامی امکانات لازم را گردهم جمع کرده تا حرفه ای ترین کاربران برای ویرایش موزیک های خود هیچ گونه کمی یا کاستی را حس نکنند. این ابزار که نسخه های ابتدایی آن در حال عرضه است و قدمت زیادی ندارد از یک واسط کاربری بسیار جذاب و البته بسیار حرفه ای بهره می برد که تمامی افراد را برای رسیدن به خواسته های خود یاری خواهد داد. پشتیبانی از تقریبا تمامی فرمت های صوتی به همراه استفاده و پشتیبانی از جدیدترین تکنولوژی ها برای موزیک ها جز اولین و مهم ترین امکاناتی هستند که در این ابزار به چشم می خورند. سازگاری با MIDI که امروزه بسیار مورد توجه قرار می گیرد و امکان کار برروی Track ها به تعداد نامحدود و همچنین قابلیت استفاده از Drag & Drop در بسیاری از عملکردها خصوصیات کلیدی نرم افزار Presonus Studio One Pro را تشکیل می دهند.  ضبط ، ویرایش و تبدیل فایل های صوتی سه خصوصیتی هستند که این ابزار به عنوان اصلی ترین بخش ها در خود جای داده و کاربران می توانند به راحتی کار ضبط یا Import را از انواع ورودی ها انجام داده و پس از ویرایشی فوق العاده ساده اما حرفه ای کار تبدیل یا Export را به یک فایل صوتی امکان پذیر سازند.
